1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Tube Growth Scale's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Services Provided

Tube Growth Scale provides YouTube channel audits, SEO, channel growth strategy, marketing, advertising management, and monetization readiness guidance. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in the plan or agreement you select.

4. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems; interfere with or disrupt the site's operation; scrape, copy, or reproduce site content without permission; or use the site to transmit harmful code. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.

5. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee specific subscriber counts, view counts, watch hours, revenue, or YouTube Partner Program approval. Final decisions on monetization eligibility, advertising approval, and platform policy compliance rest solely with YouTube. Our role is to provide strategy, optimization, and execution support toward your goals — not to promise a specific outcome.

6. No Fake Engagement

We do not use purchased subscribers, purchased views, bots, or any method that violates YouTube's Terms of Service. Any client request for such services will be declined.

7. Payment & Ad Spend

Service fees are billed according to the plan selected at signup. Advertising spend (for YouTube Ads campaigns) is separate from our management fee unless explicitly stated otherwise in a custom agreement. Fees are due as outlined at the time of purchase.

8. Refund Policy

Because our services involve time-based strategy, audit, and implementation work, fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis and outlined in writing at the time of your agreement. If you believe you're entitled to a refund, contact us at hello@tubegrowthscale.com and we'll review your situation.

9. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate channel access, timely feedback, and content that complies with YouTube's Community Guidelines and applicable law. We are not responsible for consequences arising from content, claims, or channel history that predates our engagement.

10. Cancellation

Plan cancellation terms will be provided at the time of signup. For month-to-month arrangements, reasonable advance notice is appreciated so we can wind down active work in an orderly way.

11. Communications Consent

By submitting a form, starting a chat, or otherwise providing your contact details, you consent to receive communications from us via email, WhatsApp, or phone regarding your inquiry or our services. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

12. Intellectual Property

Strategy documents, reports, and materials we create specifically for you remain usable by you for your channel. This site's own content, design, branding, and underlying code remain the property of Tube Growth Scale and may not be copied or reused without permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tube Growth Scale is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including changes to YouTube's algorithm, policies, monetization criteria, or platform availability — none of which are within our control.

14. Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement arises, we ask that you first contact us directly at hello@tubegrowthscale.com so we can attempt to resolve it informally and in good faith before pursuing any other remedy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any specific service agreement you enter into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tube Growth Scale regarding your use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal and operational reasons. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
